ABOUT JANET

Hi, my name is Janet Whitworth. I started Whitworth Consulting Ltd following 34 years of working in the Civil Service, the NHS and Higher Education. Although I started out as a Clerical Officer many years ago, I finished my full time career as Chief Operating Officer at the University of Cumbria. Working in many different roles (senior Board level posts for the last 15 years) has been a fantastic experience, but most of all I have enjoyed helping organisations to improve performance through their people.
